Our Roots and tribute to the Dutch Cuisine
Our roots, traditionally daily fresh ingredients from our own farm and island in our restaurant. Our culinary philosophy is based on carefully selecting ingredients that come as locally as possible. We work with products from our own farm, where we grow potatoes, onions, carrots, and beets, complemented by ingredients from as many as 40 Texel-based companies. This allows us to create a menu that, from start to finish, reflects the rich nature of our island.
In our kitchen, we find the perfect balance between the products that Texel’s land produces, the sea that embraces our shores, and the air that fills the island. We combine this with the delicious vegetables and herbs that the rugged island offers us, serving creative dishes that celebrate the versatility of the region.
